Lucas Donat
Lucas Donat is a founding partner of Donat/Wald. His campaigns have generated over $1 billion in sales for clients including Mattel Toys, Columbia, MGM/UA, Federated, and Sony.

In addition to filling his role as one of the strategic forces behind Donat/Wald, Lucas has directed and produced scores of television commercials throughout his advertising career. He was the primary architect behind the advertising success of 1-800-DENTIST, and is credited with making it a household name.

His recent accomplishments include the development of online marketing campaigns for Federated and American Express, and the national television launch of Discus Dental's Zoom.

Traci Wald
Traci Wald began her career at USC Film School, where she formed a rock video company called High Five with fellow classmates. Creating videos for top acts such as David Bowie, High Five became one of the top rock video companies of the '80's.

Traci started working with her partner Lucas Donat on the launch of 1-800-DENTIST. After forming Donat/Wald, Traci became instrumental in the creative development of campaigns for accounts such as Columbia Television, Fox Television, Mattel Toys, and 1-800-DENTIST.

A distinguished commercial director with over 100 television campaigns to her credit, Traci has also been responsible for several long format programs, two of which earned her critical acclaim.

Amir Haque
Amir Haque heads strategy and analysis at Donat/Wald. He brings expertise in marketing and advertising performance analysis, as well as a strong background in strategy consulting with the Boston Consulting Group. Amir has worked with companies like Federated, American Express, MGM, Time-Warner, eCompanies, Onex, and Scotiabank throughout his career.

Amir holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Yale School of Business Management as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
